EEZBOOK ERP (Private) Limited ("EEZBOOK ERP," "we," "us," or "our") provides enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions. Our services streamline, automate, and optimize business processes for organizations of all sizes. Our servers and cloud infrastructure are exclusively for hosting EEZBOOK ERP services.
Eligibility: You must be a legally recognized entity or authorized individual capable of entering into a binding agreement.
License: EEZBOOK ERP grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Uses:
EEZBOOK ERP provides cloud servers exclusively for running its platform. Servers are configured and maintained to ensure reliable performance and security.

Notes: Billing can be hourly or monthly. Servers are dedicated for EEZBOOK ERP use only. EEZBOOK ERP reserves the right to update specifications or pricing with prior notice.
Payments for licenses, servers, and services must follow the billing schedule. Fees exclude applicable taxes. Late payments may result in suspension or termination.
EEZBOOK ERP aims for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Servers are maintained with standard security protocols (encryption, firewalls, backups). Users are responsible for securing credentials and sensitive data.
EEZBOOK ERP retains all rights, titles, and interests in its software, servers, documentation, and related content. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
EEZBOOK ERP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid for the affected services in the previous 12 months.
EEZBOOK ERP may suspend or terminate services if Terms are violated. Users may terminate subscriptions by notifying EEZBOOK ERP, subject to payment for services used up to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of EEZBOOK ERP (Private) Limited incorporation. Disputes will be resolved under applicable laws.
EEZBOOK ERP may update these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
